The Inferentia chip became generally available (GA) in December 2019, followed by Trainium GA in October 2022, and Inferentia2 GA in April 2023. Historical data is normally (but not always) independent inter-day, meaning that days can be parsed independently. In November 2023, AWS announced the next generation Trainium2 chip.
